Outdoor structures built like they belong to the land.
Custom heavy-timber pergolas, pavilions, and gazebos — hand-cut, properly permitted, and made to outlast the next generation.
What we build
Three structures, one standard of craft.
Every Heritage Landing build starts with the timber and ends with a structure that looks like it grew out of your yard. Choose a style below — or let us design something in between.

Pergolas
Open-air cedar pergolas with hand-cut timber beams — shade that frames your garden without closing it in.
- Attached or freestanding
- Climbing-vine ready
- Cedar & pressure-treated options

Pavilions
Heavy-timber pavilions with a solid pitched roof — a true outdoor room for kitchens, fireplaces, and gatherings.
- Solid shingled roof
- Stone or timber columns
- Outdoor-kitchen ready

Gazebos
Classic octagonal gazebos — a quiet focal point over a pond, garden path, or backyard view.
- Octagonal & hexagonal
- Shingled cupola roofs
- Built-in bench seating
How it works
From first sketch to final coat.
On-site design visit
We measure your space, listen to how you'll use it, and sketch a structure that fits the lot and the setbacks.
Permit & footings handled
We pull the permits, confirm zoning setbacks, and pour proper concrete footings for heavy timber — no surprises later.
Hand-built on your lot
Our crew cuts and assembles the timber on site, finishes every joint by hand, and seals it to last.
“They handled the permit, poured footings that would hold a house, and built a pavilion our whole neighborhood stops to look at. Worth every penny.”
