Our story
Built by the people who live here.
Heritage Landing started as a two-man timber crew in St. Charles County. Twenty years and four hundred structures later, we're still the same local shop — we just own a bigger saw.
Why we build the way we do
Most outdoor structures fail in two places: the joints and the footings. So that's where we over-build. Notched and through-bolted connections don't rattle loose, and frost-depth concrete doesn't heave. The result is a structure that still looks right in fifteen years — not five.
We also handle the part most homeowners dread: the permit. We know the setback rules, the square-footage triggers, and the footing requirements in St. Charles County, so your build is legal before the first post goes in.
Start a projectHand-cut, not catalog
We don't ship a kit and bolt it together. Every beam is cut and joined on your lot, to your dimensions.
Permits done right
We know the St. Charles County code, pull the permits, and pour footings that pass inspection the first time.
Local to the county
We live and work here. The crew that builds your structure is the crew that stands behind it.
Timber that lasts
We source Western red cedar and pressure-treated timber graded for outdoor structure — not fencing-grade stock.
